Places you can park free
For those who have driven into town or have rented a car.
Circus-Circus
Self-parking is free, but valet is not. Expect to pay $10 for up to four hours, and $15 for four to 24 hours.
The Cosmopolitan
Self- and valet parking is free, but only until May 16 2019. After that, you get one free hour of self-parking and will pay $7 for up to four hours and $10 for four to 24 hours. And yes, that applies to hotel guests too.
Fashion Show Mall
Free self-parking and Valet parking
Hooters
About 1/16 of a mile from the Strip across from the MGM Grand (Tropicana Ave) you can find both self-parking (Free) and Valet (Paid)
SLS
All parking is free here. Plus, the hotel is the northernmost stop for the Las Vegas Monorail if you want to use public transit.
Stratosphere
This iconic spot offers free self- and valet parking.
Treasure Island
Not only does this independently owned hotel-casino not charge guests, but it intends to begin advertising as a fee-free parking destination on the Strip.
Tropicana (The Trop)
Plenty of Free parking here as well. Valet available if you prefer but they charge a fee. If you're catching the Tram you will need to walk to the MGM Grand since it is the closest terminal and the southernmost point and end of the line.
Trump International Hotel
Only valet parking is offered, but it’s complimentary.
The Venetian and The Palazzo
The Palazzo and the Venetian, right, offer complimentary self- and valet parking.
These sister properties are the only remaining mega-resorts that don’t charge for parking. Hotel officials say they have no plans to start charging either.
Wynn & Encore Las Vegas
Self-parking is free, but Wynn and Encore charge for valet services.
Close to the Strip
Westgate (formally the Hilton)
About 2 blocks East off the strip on Paradise with free self-parking and a tram stop for those that wish to journey to other casinos/resorts without walking
Palms
Located North West and over the I15 freeway is plenty of free parking. You will need to walk (about 10-15 min) to the Strip or Lyft/ Uber or take a Taxi
Rio
Is also located North West over the I15 freeway but a little closer to the Strip. Walking would take you 10 minutes tops. Of coarse July & August can get triple digits hot. So you may want to use a car service for the short trip to the Strip..

A great way to get around quickly without having to worry about parking and partying!
